Holland Foodz Oosterhoutse Salmiakbrokken is an old-fashioned sweet, and is made according to an old Dutch traditional recipe. They are hard candies that you can suck or nibble on, gradually releasing an increasingly potent salmiac flavour. The sweets have been made in Oosterhout since 1984, with a history that goes back much further.

Ingredients: Sugar, glucose syrup, flavouring, wheat flour, salmiac salt (7.5%), liquorice root extract, salt, glazing agent (shellac), anti-caking agent (talc), colouring agent (E153).
