Tea is a product that mankind has used for centuries. Long before our era, tea was already being made. And to think that the process of making tea has changed little or nothing over the centuries. Leaves of the tea plant – camellia sinesis – are still flavored with hot water. The way in which tea is harvested, processed and fermented determines whether it is called green, black, yellow or white tea. The major tea brands such as Lipton and Pickwick offer a huge range of flavors from traditional to very fruity.
